nrol is a specialist legal recruitment business working with leading law firms across Australia.
We are expanding our offshore resourcing team in India and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Talent Sourcer to support active legal recruitment mandates across the Australian market.
This is a candidate-focused role, not a business development role.
We already have established law firm clients and live vacancies. Your role will be to identify, engage, qualify and build relationships with lawyers across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Source lawyers for active vacancies across Australian law firms
- Conduct market mapping by law firm, practice area and seniority
- Identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases and Boolean search
- Approach passive candidates via LinkedIn, email and telephone
- Conduct initial screening and qualification calls
- Understand candidate experience, salary, motivations and career objectives
- Build candidate pipelines across specific legal practice areas
- Re-engage existing candidates within our database
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in our CRM
- Coordinate candidate calls and interviews
- Work closely with the Founder and recruitment team to deliver quality candidates against live mandates
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years' experience in recruitment, executive search or talent sourcing
- Agency recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Legal recruitment experience highly desirable
- Experience recruiting within professional services, finance or another specialist market also considered
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
- Experience engaging passive candidates
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident conducting candidate calls
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience recruiting for the Australian, UK or international market would be highly regarded.
