Qualification
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
ITIL / PMP / relevant technical certifications would be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of experience in IT/Technical Operations, with proven experience managing technical teams.
Experience in enterprise IT environments and 247 operations.
Experience managing vendors, SLAs, critical incidents, and infrastructure projects.
