Role & responsibilities :

Strategy and Planning

- Create a Data mart of all collection interactions so that the same can be utilized for future analysis
- Lead Forecasting efforts with Quarterly planning, cross functioning with Risk, Business and Finance teams which include clarifying assumptions and trend analysis, assisting with existing trends
- Support the Collections team through timely and accurate delivery of reports and management information.

Policies, Processes & Procedures

- Ensure compliance with audit and infosec requirements of the organization

Business Development

- Advanced Caps & Lead generation systems for business (Additional Responsibility added. Data warehousing and automation of performance tracking.
- Create a Collection Dashboard detailing the critical parameters being driven by collections
- Develop all critical reports on Excel / any other available tool so that the same can be viewed by the collection team




- Create linkages of Business and Collections and identify arrears and segments and provide inputs to the policy team

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Execute forecasting agenda as they apply to collections process and applications related to Collections strategy team
- Provide analytics support in segmentation

Relationship Management

- Enhance productivity and efficiency levels through a culture of continuous improvement and increase usage of automation to develop a robust MIS infrastructure
- Provide guidance to team on data requirements and guide in analysis

Experience

Essential: 10- 12years. Analytics and MIS experience preferably from banking or NBFC domain. Positive knowledge.
