- Ensure optimum SKU-wise stock availability across retail stores.
- Plan daily/weekly store replenishment based on sales and stock levels.
- Monitor OOS, low stock, overstock and slow-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch and store replenishment.
- Manage inter-store stock transfers wherever required.
- Track ROS, stock cover, sell-through and fill rate.
- Ensure availability of rapid-moving and core SKUs.
- Prepare and maintain Replenishment & Inventory MIS.
