6 to 8years- Sr. Engineer position

As a Senior C++ Developer, you will work on the migration of legacy C++ applications to the latest GCC versions, ensuring code compatibility, stability, and performance across Linux platforms.
Responsibilities: -
- Develop and own product features using C++
- Identify and resolve compilation, linking, runtime, and compatibility issues arising during build
- Review and update build systems, Makefiles, CMake configurations, and third-party dependencies.
- Participate in technical decision-making and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate technical solutions and project updates effectively through strong verbal and written communication.

OS requirement: -
- Development experience using Visual Studio Code
- Experience working on Linux-based systems.

Experience: - 6 - 8 Years of experience in C++ development
Location: -Mumbai/Pune
Educational Qualifications: -Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory Technical Skills: -
- Driven C++ projects as a lead, stake holder management, worked on design and mentored team members.
In depth experience in C++ technology
System knowledge




Cloud knowledge
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming OOPS and multi-thread applications
- Familiarity with modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17)
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, and other database technologies
- Robust system analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with third-party libraries, dependency management, and library upgrades.
- Experience in unit testing using Google Test (GTest) framework.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Perl
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Good to Have Skills: -
- Experience in medical imaging domain
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for Agile project tracking, defect management, and sprint planning.
- Proficiency in GitHub for source code management, code reviews, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows.
