About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join client calls, understand their healthcare and technology needs, and explain how our services and solutions can help. This is a client-facing role. You will work closely with our Sales and Engineering teams to understand customer challenges, suggest solutions, and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Join client discovery and pre-sales calls
- Understand client business, healthcare, and IT requirements
- Explain our healthcare technology, AI, cloud, and integration services
- Recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Work with Engineering to develop solution approaches and proposals
- Present solutions clearly to technical and non-technical clients
- Help identify opportunities for additional services
- Support clients from initial discussion through solution planning

What Were Looking For

- 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Positive understanding of healthcare technology and workflows




- Experience with EHR/EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus
- Understanding of HL7, FHIR, APIs, or healthcare integrations is a plus
- Experience with RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or healthcare billing is a plus
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS
- Exposure to AI/Generative AI and automation is a plus
- Ability to understand a clients problem and explain a practical technology solution
