We are seeking a proactive and analytical Performance Management skilled to support the organization's performance management framework and drive a high-performance culture. The role will involve goal setting, performance review cycles, KPI tracking, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to ensure effective performance planning, employee development, and alignment of individual objectives with organizational goals.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end performance management processes.
- Support goal setting, review cycles, and performance calibration activities.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance dashboards and reports.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to drive timely completion of appraisal activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives and policy implementation.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience in Performance Management, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or Talent Management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
