Role Requirements: -

- 8+ years of overall Business Development experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant Business Development experience in a Credit Rating Agency is mandatory.
- Strong experience handling SME and Large Corporate clients.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a BD/Sales team of 5+ members.
- Strong knowledge of Credit Rating Products Bank Loan Rating, NCD, Commercial Paper and SME Ratings.
- Good understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, banking, financial markets and corporate lending.
- Strong CXO-level relationship management, negotiation and commercial skills.
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales/revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Drive business development and revenue growth across the assigned region.




- Lead and mentor the Business Development team for new corporate client acquisition.
- Manage client onboarding, documentation, proposals, presentations and commercial offers.
- Develop and manage the regional sales pipeline, CRM, MIS and client database.
- Build strategic relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions and Industry Bodies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify recent business opportunities.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events and key forums.
- Stay updated on SEBI/RBI regulations, financial markets and credit-risk developments.

Preferred Background: -

Candidates from Credit Rating Agencies, Banks, NBFCs, Financial Advisory Firms or organizations offering financial products/services to corporates.
