Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to improve customer service representatives' skills in handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
- Provide coaching on product knowledge, selling techniques, and communication skills to enhance the overall performance of the team.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive suggestions for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, quality assurance) to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in BPO industry or similar field.
- Robust background in sales coaching, process training, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing effective training programs that drive results.
