- Candidates should be very confident about their experiences / skills whatever they have mentioned in resume.
- Client will ask in detail about their experiences.
- Even candidate having less knowledge / experience in python but it should be strong understanding in Python - we can try.
- Client round will be there.

- Backend: Java 8+/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices
- Secondary Skills:
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Security, Transaction, Monitoring, Performance concepts
- Unix/Python scripting

Good to Have Skills:

- OAuth (Ping Identity)
- API Management (Apigee), Service Mesh (Istio)
- ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Queue-based implementations
