Rupeek is hiring Relationship Managers for its Gold Loan business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in Gold Appraisal, Gold Valuation, Gold Checking and Gold Handling, along with strong customer relationship and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable Gold Loan solutions.
- Drive business targets and ensure quality of the loan portfolio.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle gold appraisal, valuation, checking and related processes as per company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Gold Appraisal, Gold Valuation, Gold Checking or Gold Handling.
- Good communication skills in the local language and basic English.
- Solid customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Candidates should be up to 30 years of age.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field/customer-facing responsibilities.
