Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of Audio Visual (AV) & IT Integration projects from planning to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, Gantt charts, and monitor progress using Zoho Projects/MS Project.
- Coordinate with design, CAD, procurement, site teams, vendors, and clients for seamless project execution.
- Review BOQs, SLDs, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee procurement, site installation, testing & commissioning, quality checks, and project documentation.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
- Coordinate manpower, material planning, subcontractors, and allied teams while maintaining project quality and safety standards.
- Ensure successful project closure through client sign-off, warranty documentation, DLP handover, and complete project documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in managing Audio Visual (AV) and IT Integration projects.
- Robust knowledge of AV systems, AV-over-IP, networking, BOQs, SLDs, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Projects/MS Project, AutoCAD/Visio, and MS Office.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, testing & commissioning, procurement, vendor management, and client coordination.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, AMX, Dante, or similar AV platforms is an added advantage.
- Certifications such as CTS, PMP, or CCNA are preferred.
- Willing to travel across India for project execution and site management.
