Hiring: Delivery Account Manager - Application Support
Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
Experience: 18 - 20 Years

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Account Manager to lead Application Support engagements for Banking clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivery governance, stakeholder management, and ITSM-driven support environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple project engagements and customer accounts
- Drive 24x7 Application Support delivery with effective shift planning
- Solid understanding of Banking domain Core Banking, Digital, Lending, and Cards
- Coordinate with SDLs, Support Engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management)
- Drive governance, CSAT, and service improvement initiatives
- Conduct ticket trend analysis, backlog reduction,



and ageing analysis
- Lead client governance meetings and stakeholder communication
- Ensure proper documentation (SOPs, Runbooks, KEDB)
- Support team mentoring, staffing, and delivery management

Required Skills

18 - 20 years of experience in Application Support / Delivery Management
Strong exposure to Banking & Financial Services customers
Understanding of OS, Middleware, and Database environments
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
Experience in client relationship management & governance
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
