- Handle end-to-end recruitment for CRM Agent positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referral.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with the CRM hiring team.
- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline to meet ongoing manpower requirements.
- Regularly follow up with candidates from screening to joining.
- Ensure selected candidates complete documentation and joining formalities on time.
