Roles & Responsibility-

- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to deployment, transfer, maintenance, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, peripherals, software licenses, and other IT assets.
- Track asset allocation, movement, ownership, warranty, and replacement details.
- Perform regular physical verification and reconciliation of IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for asset purchases, repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
- Ensure timely updates of asset records in the IT Asset Management/CMDB tool.
- Monitor software licenses, renewals, compliance, and utilization.
- Prepare regular asset inventory, reconciliation, and compliance reports.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset issuance and recovery.
- Identify and report discrepancies, lost/missing assets, and unauthorized asset usage.
