**Position:** Branch Manager

**Location:** Mumbai, Maharashtra

**Experience:** **6–10 Years**

**Similar Role Experience:** Minimum **2–3 Years as Branch Manager / equivalent role**

**Maximum CTC:** **24 LPA**

**Openings:** **12 Positions**

**Notice Period:** **Immediate Joiners Preferred**

### MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have experience with **Private Sector Banks ONLY**

**Small Finance Banks will NOT be considered**

**Co-operative Banks will NOT be considered**

Minimum **6+ years of relevant Banking experience**

Minimum **2–3 years in a Branch Manager / similar branch leadership role**

Strong experience in **Branch Banking & Branch Operations**

Strong **CASA mobilization / liabilities growth** experience

Experience in **P&L; Management & Branch Revenue Generation**

Strong knowledge of **Banking Products & Processes**

Knowledge of **RBI regulations & banking compliance**

Strong experience in **Cross-selling / TPP / Business Banking products**

Proven **Team Management & Leadership** experience

Strong **Customer Relationship & Service Management** skills

Experience handling **Branch Audit, Risk & Compliance**

Strong **MIS, productivity & performance management** skills

Excellent **English communication skills**





**Bachelor's Degree mandatory**
