We are looking for seasoned Architects with 12 to 20+ years of experience in real estate, architecture, or large-scale development projects. The role will be responsible for providing strategic architectural leadership, design direction, project oversight, and team management across multiple residential projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the end-to-end design lifecycle, excellent design sensibilities, and the ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams while effectively coordinating with internal stakeholders, consultants, PMC, contractors, and senior management.

Candidate Profile:





- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a reputed institution.
- Strong experience in residential or large-scale real estate projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing large architecture/design teams.
- Robust exposure to end-to-end project design and delivery.
- Experience in managing reputed architectural consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of development regulations, building codes, approvals, and construction processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of cost, timelines, and project feasibility.
