We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Shorts, podcasts and other digital platforms. The candidate should be able to independently handle projects from raw footage to final delivery, with a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form and short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos and podcasts. Create engaging edits using cuts, transitions, captions, graphics, B-roll, music and sound effects.
- Repurpose long-form content and podcasts into short-form videos.
- Create YouTube thumbnails and basic visual creatives.
- Manage YouTube uploads including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags and playlists.
- Use motion graphics and animations to improve video quality and engagement.
- Maintain consistent brand style, audio, subtitles and visual quality.
- Use AI tools to improve editing, content creation and production efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines.

• Coordinate with the content, marketing and social media teams.

Required Skills & Tools Video Editing:

Adobe Premiere Pro,



After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut

Design: Canva, Photoshop AI Tools: Runway ML, Topaz Video AI, Midjourney or other AI-based creative tools

Platforms: YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms

Additional: Ability to work on Mac

Requirements

• 1-3 years of qualified experience in video editing/digital content creation.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design and visual composition.

• Good understanding of YouTube, Reels and Shorts formats.

• Ability to create engaging thumbnails, short-form content and motion graphics.

• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Portfolio/showreel is required.
