Role & responsibilities:

- Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline for paper and board, plastic films, polymers and granules, and speciality materials supplied to manufacturers.
- Identify and approach prospective customers in printing, packaging, labels, plastics and other manufacturing sectors through calls, email, LinkedIn, industry networks and field visits.
- Understand each customers application and technical requirement, including grade, GSM, thickness, dimensions, finish, quantity and delivery location.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up consistently, negotiate commercial terms and close orders while protecting margins.
- Coordinate with suppliers, sourcing, warehouse and operations teams on availability, samples, pricing, documentation and delivery commitments.
- Develop repeat business from existing accounts and maintain accurate lead, quotation and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Track market demand, competitor activity and new product opportunities; share a clear weekly sales pipeline and activity report.

Preferred candidate profile:





- Graduate with 2–5 years of B2B or industrial product sales and marketing experience.
- Experience in paper, packaging, plastic films, polymers, import-export or wholesale trading is strongly preferred.
- Confident in client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation and key-account follow-up.
- Able to understand technical product specifications and translate them into suitable commercial offers.
- Strong spoken and written English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
- Comfortable working from our Navi Mumbai office and visiting customers across the Mumbai region as required.
- Proactive, organised and target-oriented, with working knowledge of Excel, email and CRM tools.
