We are looking for an Architect to work closely with the management team across project planning, feasibility, design development and execution
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct architectural feasibility studies for new land parcels and development opportunities.
- Prepare and review project planning drawings, layouts and development concepts.
- Apply strong working knowledge of UDCPR and applicable development regulations.
- Support management in evaluating the development potential and planning of land parcels.
- Work on planning and design for luxury villas, second homes, resorts and hospitality projects.
- Coordinate with principal architects, consultants and other design professionals.
- Review drawings and ensure alignment between design intent, regulations and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress of architectural and construction work.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors and consultants during execution.
- Identify design and execution issues and support timely resolution.
- Participate in redevelopment projects, including feasibility, planning and execution coordination.
- Assist in vendor and consultant evaluation where required.
- Coordinate design development from initial concept through execution.
Preferred candidate profile
- Robust knowledge and practical application of UDCPR.
- Experience in project planning, architectural drawings and feasibility studies.
- Practical understanding of construction execution and site coordination.
- Relevant experience in redevelopment projects.
- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, resort or second-home projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural and design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion or equivalent.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for regular project site visits.
