Serve as a senior project manager in a hybrid work model guiding complex data management initiatives that leverage deep experience in IPMI within a large multinational environment. Coordinate cross functional teams manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of high quality solutions that strengthen organizational data integrity and operational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end planning and execution of large scale data management programs ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate cross functional project teams across hybrid work settings to deliver integrated data management solutions that meet quality and regulatory expectations
- Oversee project scope schedule cost and risk baselines to maintain predictable delivery of IPMI enabled data initiatives within approved constraints
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering partners to define technical approaches that incorporate IPMI capabilities into resilient data platforms and services
- Establish project governance practices that promote transparency traceability and timely decision making for complex data focused implementations
- Engage business stakeholders to translate data management requirements into actionable project plans that address operational performance and compliance priorities
- Monitor project risks assumptions issues and dependencies and implement mitigation plans that protect delivery timelines and data reliability outcomes
- Guide adoption of standardized project management processes and tools to improve consistency predictability and reporting across data management projects
- Partner with vendor and external service providers to coordinate delivery milestones for IPMI and data management components across geographically distributed teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into future data management and IPMI oriented projects
- Ensure project documentation including charters plans status reports and closure summaries is complete accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders
- Support change management and communication activities so that teams understand new data management capabilities and can adopt them without disrupting operations
- Measure and report on project performance using quantitative metrics that reflect value delivered to the organization and broader societal impact through improved data stewardship
Qualifications
- Bring extensive experience managing complex technology projects with a strong emphasis on enterprise data management practices and outcomes
- Demonstrate advanced practical knowledge of IPMI technologies and their application within secure resilient and scalable infrastructure environments
- Apply expert level project management methodologies such as predictive and adaptive approaches to coordinate large programs in a hybrid work model
- Exhibit deep experience collaborating with data architects database administrators and security specialists to deliver compliant and high quality data solutions
- Show proven history of engaging senior stakeholders and executive sponsors using clear English communication across spoken and written channels
- Display ability to manage teams across distributed locations including onsite and remote contributors while accommodating travel requirements when needed
- Maintain a solid understanding of risk management resource planning and budgeting practices gained through many years of project delivery experience
- Combine analytical skills with practical problem solving to address complex integration issues between IPMI based infrastructure and data management platforms
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications Project Management Professional PMP and or PRINCE2 Practitioner and any recognized data management certification such as CDMP
