Location: Noida Phase 2 SEZ/ Jodhpur

We are looking for a Fresh Chartered Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting, MIS, audit coordination, and statutory compliance for our Noida Phase 2 (SEZ) office. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally, have robust analytical skills, and be comfortable liaising directly with auditors and management.

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified

Location: Greater Noida and Jodhpur (frequent travel between Noida, Delhi, and Jodhpur required)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Fresh Chartered Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting, MIS, audit coordination, and statutory compliance for a fast-growing AI, Cybersecurity, and Deep Tech startup. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally, possess strong analytical skills, and be comfortable liaising directly with auditors and management. This role requires the ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally, including vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
- Finalize books of accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Prepare P&L; statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, and financial projections




- Prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards for management
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; prepare audit schedules and resolve queries
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and return filings
- Handle SEZ-specific compliances, including SOFTEX filing, LOU/LOP renewals, and SEZ Act reporting
- Support year-end audit closure and finalization of accounts
- Handle POC (Percentage of Completion) and MCA filings in accordance with statutory procedures and timelines
- Present financial insights and reports to management

Desired Candidate Profile:-

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresh/01 year experience)
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Good understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Companies Act
- Prior articleship exposure to statutory audit preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Education: CA (Chartered Accountant) Qualified
