• Develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.

• Develop & implement various HR policies.

• Active supported role in Wage settlement.

•Recruitments

• Develop workforce professionally through requisite Training

process.

• Statutory compliance as per Legal and Statutory

requirements.

• Ability to maintain peaceful work workplace and good

relations among business partners.

• Strong administrative skills helps to perform various business

activities.

• Organized various company events.

• Overall excellent individual and team performance in HR, IR

and Admin functions to meet management expectations.

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 yrs of exp in a Unit / Plant or manufacturing division as a Generalist HR ( Only females)





Females who can travel to UAE for 2 yrs alone

All travel visa and accommodation (fully furnished) Lunch will be provided by the company , you have to go there alone for 2 yrs after 2 yrs you will be absorbed in the India office

also salary would be in Dirhams
