- Solid experience in IT/ Non IT staffing or recruitment sales.
- A proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence to independently handle client meetings and business discussions.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
- A self-driven, result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
