House of Laddoos (HOL) is a growing food and sweets brand specialising in traditional Indian laddoos, savouries and freshly prepared food.

We are looking for an Operations & Inventory Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Central Kitchen in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily work at the Central Kitchen, including production and dispatches.
- Plan raw material requirements based on production and daily consumption.
- Keep track of raw materials, packaging and finished products.
- Maintain accurate stock in the automated inventory system.
- Check whether actual raw material usage matches the quantity required as per the recipe.
- Find and resolve stock differences, excess usage and wastage.
- Ensure all purchases, production, consumption, wastage and dispatches are correctly entered in the system.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, outlets and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Track stock levels and ensure materials are available when required.
- Prepare and review daily production,



consumption and inventory reports.
- Identify wastage, errors and operational problems and take corrective action.
- Ensure kitchen processes and SOPs are followed properly.
- Improve systems and processes to reduce wastage, stock losses and unnecessary purchases.

Who We Are Looking For

- 2-3 years of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, QSR, cloud kitchen, central kitchen, FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Good understanding of inventory, stock, purchasing and daily operations.
- Experience using an ERP, inventory or automated stock management system.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers.
- Understanding of recipe-based stock consumption is preferred.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Should be organised, responsible, detail-oriented and hands-on.
- Someone who can take ownership and ensure things get done.
