Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings such as ICU, OT, Emergency, and Operation Theatre.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform medical procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and communicate effectively with families about patient status.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in nursing profession.
- B.Sc / GNM degree from a recognized institution.
- Solid knowledge of ICU protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during critical situations.
