- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive sales growth.
- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions using our IT services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing products or services to increase revenue.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in inside sales or telesales environment.
- Solid communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls.
- Proficiency in generating leads through various channels (cold calling, email marketing).
- Experience with upselling/cross-selling techniques to increase revenue.
