- Lead ERP business/process study across multiple companies and functions.
- Understand existing processes and identify gaps, standardization opportunities and system requirements.
- Act as the central bridge between business stakeholders and ERP implementation partners.
- Drive implementation plans, milestones, ownership and governance.
- Coordinate functional teams for data readiness, process mapping, UAT and migration.
- Ensure implementation is aligned with actual business requirements rather than only system configuration.
- Track risks, dependencies and implementation progress and provide explicit visibility to leadership.
- Drive user adoption, training and post-go-live stabilization.
