Key Responsibilities:

- Write clear, concise, meaningful, and contextually accurate Alt Text for images, maps, charts, graphs, illustrations, and other visual content related to Social Science.
- Ensure descriptions capture essential information for visually impaired users and screen-reader accessibility.
- Analyze surrounding content to create relevant and meaningful image descriptions.
- Accurately represent subject-specific information, including historical events, geographical features, political concepts, economic data, and social structures.
- Follow prescribed Alt Text, accessibility, formatting, and quality guidelines.
- Conduct basic research to verify facts, terminology, and subject-specific information where required.
- Maintain consistency in terminology, writing style, and level of detail across assigned projects.
- Review and proofread Alt Text before submission to ensure accuracy, grammar, clarity, and completeness.




- Address quality feedback and make revisions as required while meeting agreed project deadlines.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Social Science, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of Social Science concepts and terminology
- Excellent written English skills with strong grammar, vocabulary, and sentence construction
- Ability to interpret complex visual information accurately
- Robust research and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within deadlines
- Experience in Alt Text writing or accessibility content is preferred
