What you'll do

- Develop site layouts, concepts and detailed architectural designs from concept to documentation.
- Provide architectural frameworks as baselines for AI-driven development and integration.
- Coordinate with structural engineers to align designs with technical and material requirements.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of design,



technology and engineering.
- Refine designs through iterative reviews and feasibility assessments.

Skills & competencies

- Proven track record developing detailed drawings and models for residential units.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and architectural visualisation tools.
- Familiarity with Delhi local building norms, guidelines and municipal approval processes.
- Positive understanding of interior materials, able to create material palettes.
- Excellent communication, team leadership and consultant coordination skills.
