- oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Executive / Airport Ground Staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival areas
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
- Ensure compliance with all airport security and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other airport staff, including ground handling and airline personnel, to ensure smooth operations
- Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
- Conduct pre-flight checks and assist with boarding procedures
- Provide accurate and up-to-date flight information to passengers




- Handle cash and credit card transactions for airport services, such as excess baggage fees and lounge access
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counters and boarding gates
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in aviation or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
