- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to provide travel-related information and assistance.
- Process bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services using computer systems.
- Meet sales targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant products to customers based on their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- Fluency in English language (spoken) with positive communication skills.
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related industries like airlines, hotels etc.
- Strong knowledge of international voice processes and sales procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a fast-paced environment.
