Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the patients'' entry into the clinic, to their exit.
- Interact with Counsel Patients.
- Handle Patients'' grievances/complaints/issues, and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
- Create, maintain, update Patients database on a regular basis.
- Effective management of the Front Desk.
- Handle the clinic team, comprising of the PSE(s) Accounts Executive(s).
- Multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
- Maintain the desired hygiene cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic
