- Team Leadership & Direction – Set clear goals, priorities, and action plans for the team.
- Business Planning & Execution – Drive daily activities, sales calls, follow-ups, and business closures.
- Performance Management – Track individual and team performance against targets and identify shortfalls.
- Coaching & Development – Train, guide, motivate, and develop team members to improve productivity.
- Activity Monitoring – Review daily login, appointments, prospects, conversions, and pending cases.
