Job Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Experience in residential and high-rise building projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, budgeting, billing, and contract administration.
- Ability to prepare project cost reports, valuations, and variation orders.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and project documentation.
- Solid communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
