- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre workplace or related field (telemarketing/telesales).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in voice processing software and CRM systems is required.
