Position: Customer Support Executive
Department: Customer Support
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office Only)
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 4:00 AM IST)

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing appropriate solutions, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
2. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
7. Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
8. Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
