Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries through Email, Live Chat, and VSoft CRM software.
2. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Deliver a professional and customer-centric support experience.
