Key responsibilities:

1. Turn conversations into conversions: You'll speak with warm leads and guide them toward saying YES.
2. Understand people, not just pitch them: Figure out what they actually want from us then connect the dots.
3. Explain things like a human, not a script: Break down our programs in a simple, relatable way.
4. Handle objections like a pro: Follow up till it closes (or clearly doesn't).
5. Keep your pipeline clean & updated: Notes, follow-ups, statuses basic discipline = better conversions.
6. Own your numbers: Targets aren't pressure here they're your opportunity to earn more.
