Are you a talented Healthcare Recruiter with experience in Recruitment, Negotiation, Effective Communication, Interview Coordination, and Resume screening? Ambe Healthcare Staffing is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your recruitment skills to identify and attract top healthcare professionals to fill open positions within the company.
2. Negotiate competitive compensation packages to ensure the best candidates are hired for each position.
3. Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing a seamless experience for both parties.
5. Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements for each position.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring process.
7. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent to the company.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,05,000 - 2,66,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,16,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 25,000 - 50,000 /year
