About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide accurate information about Shiplystic's services, pricing, and processes
3. Assist customers with booking, tracking, and resolving shipment issues.
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
5. Coordinate with operations and accounts teams to resolve discrepancies.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support.

Probation:

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 /year
