Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer/client queries through calls, emails, and messages.
2. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
3. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure proper issue resolution.
4. Assist customers with company products, services, processes, and documentation.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
7. Ensure a positive and qualified customer experience.
8. Handle complaints and escalations with patience and professionalism.
