About the job

As a Tender Executive (GeM) at Net Protector Antivirus, you will play a crucial role in our business development team by effectively communicating with potential clients and managing bids on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform. Your proficiency in MS Excel will be essential in analyzing data and preparing reports to support our tendering process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify tender opportunities on GeM and other platforms.
2. Prepare and submit bid documents on time.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
4. Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and regulations.
5. Maintain a database of tender documents and submissions for future reference.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities.
7. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential tender opportunities.
