Are you a dynamic individual with a flair for communication and a robust proficiency in MS-Excel? If so, Majestics W & E Industries is looking for a talented Telecaller like you to join our team! As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, promoting our products and services, and maintaining records in Excel. Your excellent spoken English skills will be key in building rapport with customers and driving sales.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch our products/services
2. Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or concerns
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in MS-Excel
4. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and meet targets
5. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
6. Follow up with potential clients to close sales and achieve revenue goals
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers
