Key responsibilities include operating CRM software, managing databases, following scripts, and closing sales, necessitating strong communication skills, patience, and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Outbound/Inbound Calls: Making calls to prospective leads and receiving calls from existing customers.
2. Sales & Promotion: Explaining service features, benefits, and pricing to drive sales and achieve targets.
3. Customer Support: Addressing customer queries, complaints, and grievances effectively.
4. Data Management: Updating customer details and call outcomes in the company database or CRM system.
5. Following Scripts: Utilizing provided scripts to communicate company offers effectively.

Typical Work Context:

1. Industries: Common in banking, real estate, insurance, and e-commerce.
2. Performance Metrics: Success is often measured by the number of calls, leads generated, or sales closed.
