About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations on Shopify.
2. Process and monitor customer orders.
3. Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and logistics teams.
4. Identify and resolve order-related issues on time.
5. Check product details, inventory, pricing, customer information, and order status.
6. Handle order cancellations, exchanges, RTOs, and customer queries.

Other requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Shopify and customer calling/customer support is mandatory.

Must have good knowledge of e-commerce operations.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Good understanding of English, both written and spoken.

Candidate must preferably be from an English-medium educational background.

Should be comfortable communicating with customers in English and Hindi.

Must be disciplined, responsible, punctual, and accountable.

Should be able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.





Positive attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Prior experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce will be an added advantage.
