About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Admission Coordinator to spearhead our admissions and outreach initiatives. This is not just another administrative roleits an opportunity to be part of the core team that shapes the brand, builds the school community, and drives Vivitsas growth story from its early years.

As the Lead Admission Coordinator, you will oversee the entire admissions processfrom strategizing outreach to managing a team of counsellors, engaging parents, and converting inquiries into enrolments. Youll be working directly with the Chairman and leadership team to craft and execute innovative admission campaigns and parent engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the admissions team to meet and exceed enrolment targets.
- Design and implement admission and outreach strategies aligned with Vivitsas vision.
- Conduct parent interactions, school tours, and community engagements to promote the schools value proposition.
- Maintain and analyze lead databases to ensure efficient follow-up and conversion.




- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to create impactful communication and events.
- Represent the school professionally in external forums, education fairs, and networking opportunities.

Desired Profile:

- Minimum 46 years of experience in school admissions, marketing, or parent relationspreferably in premium schools or education organizations.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with parents.
- Leadership qualities and experience in managing small teams.
- A strategic thinker who is result-oriented, persuasive, and data-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
