Role & responsibilities

- Oversee and supervise in office activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors and vendors to ensure a smooth workflow and timely execution.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution challenges.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets and material procurement to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including daily progress reports, site issues and material usage.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Provide technical support and guidance to subcontractors and laborers.




- Address client concerns and ensure project alignment with their expectations.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress and challenges.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as per project requirements.

Qualifications and skill requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior site supervision and project execution
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes and construction methodologies
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and site management protocols
