About the RoleThis role will own Salute's ADP platform , covering both administration and project work as the company grows. This is not a pure administrator role ; direct ADP development experience is required, along with a solid command of HR and payroll data.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and configure ADP Workforce Now , and lead ADP-related project work as new requirements arise.Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in Salute Hub.Build and troubleshoot ADP-to-Snowflake data feeds .Manage HR and payroll data accuracy and integrity as headcount grows.QualificationsStrong proficiency in managing HR data and ADP data specifically , not just general HRIS familiarity.Direct ADP development experience , in addition to administration of existing ADP systems. Administration experience alone is not sufficient.Experience with ADP Workforce Now configuration .Strong attention to data accuracy and compliance .
