Job Title

Deputy General Manager / Head Power Systems Engineering

Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end power systems engineering and delivery for clean-energy and CoE
infrastructure programs, drawing on deep EPC, substation, protection,
vendor-engineering, and execution experience, with adjacent relevance to
renewable storage and EV charging applications.

Key Responsibilities

Own engineering delivery for grid-connected electrical systems, protection
& control, power system studies, detailed design, vendor packages, and
commissioning readiness.

Drive customer coordination, multi-disciplinary interfaces, procurement
support, schedule/resource control, and execution quality across complex
projects.

Must-Have Skills

Electrical design, equipment sizing, SLDs/layouts, technical specifications,
bid evaluation, vendor drawing review, and EPC/project execution.

Power system studies using ETAP/DIgSILENT; solid grounding in substations,
T&D; networks,



transformers, switchgear, and protection schemes.

Team leadership, stakeholder management, interface management, customer
handling, mentoring, and delivery ownership.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to solar PV, renewable energy systems, EV charging infrastructure,
and energy-storage-related electrical integration; power electronics knowledge
is an added advantage.

Experience

22+ years across power generation, T&D;, substations up to 33kV, large
electrical infrastructure, and commissioning; over 10 years in lead engineering
roles.

Leadership Expectations

Provide senior technical direction, build high-performing teams, make sound
engineering decisions, and translate power-sector depth into credible
clean-energy programs, EV charging Infra sector.
